Stop hiding. Start building your business as yourself.
Become a MemberYou know you’re good at what you do. You’ve got the skills, the experience, the ideas and the ambition to build something brilliant. You might already be getting results for your clients, making sales and growing a business you care deeply about.
And yet, when it comes to being visible, things can get surprisingly complicated.
You can spend far too long perfecting a post that should have taken twenty minutes to write. You can know exactly what you want to say, then second-guess the wording, worry about how it might land and end up rewriting the whole thing. You might have a brilliant idea for a video, a live or a more personal piece of content, only to find yourself going round in circles over whether you’re ready to put it out there.
You want more people to know about your work. You want to reach the people who need what you do, grow your business and be recognised for the expertise you’ve worked so hard to develop.
But you also want to do it without constantly monitoring yourself, overthinking every move or feeling as though showing up means exposing yourself to judgement, misunderstanding or the pressure to get everything exactly right.
And when you’re a neurodivergent business owner who’s spent years learning to read the room, mask the parts of yourself that feel different or hold yourself to impossibly high standards, it makes sense that visibility can feel like so much more than a marketing task.
Because every time you put yourself out there, there’s the possibility of being misunderstood. Of saying something the wrong way. Of being seen in a way you can’t control. And if perfectionism has become your way of managing that uncertainty, it’s easy to get caught in a cycle of preparing, polishing and waiting until you feel ready.
The trouble is, that feeling of readiness can be elusive. There’s always another tweak to make, another thing to learn, another reason to wait until you feel a little more confident.
What if the way forward isn’t to get better at pushing yourself, but to create a different experience of being visible?
One where you can practise showing up without needing to get it perfect, build trust in your own voice without having to become someone else, and learn to tolerate the discomfort of being seen without letting it dictate every decision you make.
That’s what Unmasked is here to help you do.
This is a space for neurodivergent business owners who are ready to stop letting perfectionism, overthinking and the pressure to get visibility right take up so much room in their business.
Together, we work towards visibility that feels more manageable, more sustainable and more like you, so you can share your ideas, communicate the value of your work and let more of the right people discover what you have to offer.
You don’t have to become the loudest person in the room, follow someone else’s formula for showing up or wait until you’re completely free of self-doubt.
You get to build visibility in a way that works with your brain, respects your needs and allows you to be seen as the person you already are.
You’ve got something valuable to share. Unmasked is where you begin making it easier for the world to see it.
Unmasked is a membership for neurodivergent business owners who want visibility to feel less exhausting and more natural.
It's a space where you can stop feeling like you need to become someone else to grow your business. Somewhere you can experiment, learn, make mistakes, discover what works for you and gradually build trust in yourself, without feeling judged or pushed beyond what feels manageable.
The membership brings together coaching, comedy improv and a community of people who understand what it's like to run a business while navigating masking, rejection sensitivity, self-doubt and nervous system overwhelm.
Each part has a purpose.
Together, they help you build something much more sustainable than confidence.
They help you build safety.
"The improv stretched my comfort zone but didn't feel beyond my capacity."
Whenever I tell people there's improv inside the membership, I usually see the same expression.
It often sounds like the last thing someone who's already nervous about being visible would want to do.
But that's because most people picture standing on a stage trying to be funny.
That's not what we do.
The improv exercises are gentle, playful and carefully chosen to help your nervous system experience something different.
Because your nervous system doesn't learn safety by reading another book or watching another training video.
It learns through experience.
Each session gives you lots of small opportunities to speak, play, respond, laugh, make mistakes and discover that nothing terrible happens.
Over time, your brain starts collecting evidence that being seen doesn't automatically lead to embarrassment, rejection or getting it wrong.
That starts to ripple into the rest of your business.
The improv isn't there to turn you into a performer.
It's there to help your nervous system discover that visibility can actually feel safe.
This membership is for neurodivergent business owners who are ready for visibility to feel different.
Maybe you've reached the point where you're tired of talking yourself out of opportunities that you'd genuinely love to say yes to.
Perhaps you spend far longer than you'd like writing social media posts because every sentence gets questioned before you press publish.
Maybe you know your business could grow if showing up didn't feel quite so overwhelming.
Or perhaps you're simply tired of feeling like everyone else seems to find this easier than you do.
Inside Unmasked, we're working towards something different.
Instead, we're helping your nervous system discover that you can be visible without abandoning yourself in the process.
You just need to be curious enough to experiment.
Everything inside Unmasked is designed to help you build safety around visibility from a slightly different angle.
Twice each month, we meet for gentle, supportive improv sessions that gradually stretch your comfort zone while helping your nervous system experience being seen in a completely different way.
Each month we'll explore topics such as masking, rejection sensitivity, self-trust, boundaries, visibility, confidence, nervous system regulation and growing a business as a neurodivergent entrepreneur.
These aren't theoretical conversations. They're practical sessions designed to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and what you can do differently.
Every month you'll be invited to take one small brave action in your business.
Not because bigger is better, but because sustainable confidence is built through small experiences that gradually expand what feels possible.
You'll have encouragement, accountability and plenty of people cheering you on along the way.
Running a business can feel lonely.
Running one while masking can feel even lonelier.
Our networking sessions are relaxed opportunities to connect with people who genuinely understand what your experience can feel like, celebrate wins together and remind each other that none of us is doing this alone.
Everything is brought together inside a dedicated members' space away from Facebook, where you'll find bite-sized resources, practical tools and ongoing conversations between sessions.
The membership has grown from a beta course where 5 brilliant business owners came together and embraced this unique way of working.
They weren't trying to become different people. They simply wanted to show up to stop feeling so hard.
Some wanted to stop overthinking every post they wrote, some wanted to trust themselves more in client meetings and others wanted to stop saying no to opportunities that mattered to them.
Over the weeks, something started to shift.
Not because they suddenly became fearless, but because they kept having experiences that gently challenged the stories their nervous systems had been telling them for years.
Perhaps more importantly, they stopped waiting to feel completely confident before taking action.
"An ability to think long-term and more strategically about my visibility means that marketing feels much more possible."
"The biggest shift has been learning to trust myself not to over-prepare before client meetings."
"I felt proud of my courage and resilience."
"Even when I felt like it was very obvious that I had lost my shit, no one else could tell."
"The solidarity has been really nice – remembering that other people feel exactly the same way and have the same struggles running a business."
Most people are before they try it.
Nobody gets picked on.
Nobody is expected to perform.
Nobody has to be funny.
The sessions are designed to stretch you gently, not throw you in at the deep end.
Then you freeze.
That's okay.
Nobody is judging you, and you're surrounded by people who understand exactly what that feels like.
Very often it's those moments that become the biggest turning points because you discover that freezing doesn't have to mean failure.
Absolutely not.
Many of the people who join Unmasked have spent years hiding parts of themselves to fit in.
Nobody expects you to arrive already feeling comfortable being seen.
That's what we're here to build together.
That's what Unmasked is really about.
Not becoming someone different, not performing confidence and not forcing yourself to be more visible.
It's about creating enough safety that showing up as yourself gradually becomes the most natural thing in the world.
If that sounds like the kind of business community you've been looking for, I'd love to welcome you inside.
